Mitsubishi is ready to launch the successor launcer


Allinformation.com- Mitsubishi maximize cooperation with Renault-Nissan that has existed since November 2013 and, to develop a new sedan. Later, this sedan will be the successor of the Lancer.



In November last year, Mitsubishi and Renault-Nissan reached an agreement for the sharing of products, technology and production capacity. Now they have advanced to the next stage, to produce mid-new sedan as the successor to the Mitsubishi Lancer.




Cooperation between Mitsubishi and Renault-Nissan allows both to share the products, technologies, to the use of production facilities. Mitsubishi moves first by preparing a compact sedan and mid-size based on product Renault or Nissan.


Not yet known which model of Renault or Nissan that will be used platform by Mitsubishi. Only, the Japanese manufacturer has stated that the compact sedan will be sold to the global automotive market and first launched in Europe.



Meanwhile, Mitsubishi sedan rumored to be taking the base of Renault Latitude (Samsung SM5) are already sold in the United States and Canada. This model is produced by Renault Samsung in the assembly plant in Busan, South Korea.




Osamu Masuko, CEO of Mitsubishi said, their products will be sold within the next two or three years. This car will be a global car that will be sold globally. It's just so the European market launch of the first location.
