Diare merupakan suatu penyakit yang ditandai dengan perubahan bentuk atau kondisi tinja yang lembek hingga mencair yang disebab oleh bakteri E Colli. Penyakit ini sering dijumpai pada anak balita terutama usia 3 tahun pertama kehidupan, dimana seseorang mengalami lebih dari 3x diare berat.

4. Tidak nafsu makan

5. Berat badan menurun

1. Kebiasaan mencuci tangan yang buruk

1. Setelah memegang uang dan binatang

2. Setelah BAB dan BAK

3. Setelah berkebun atau main tanah

Bagaimana penanganan awal diare dirumah ?

1. Maksimalkan pemberian ASI bahkan setelah 6 bulan

2. Pemberian oralit

3. Pemberian obat Zinc

4. Pemberian antibiotik sesuai indikasi

Cara membuat oralit di rumah : 250ml air hangat + 1 SDM garam + 8 SDM gula

Dosis Oralit

Umur < 1 tahun : 1/4 - 1/2 gelas setiap kali anak diare

Umur 1- 4 tahun : 1/2 - 1 gelas setiap kali anak diare

Umur diatas 5 tahun : 1 - 1 1/2 gelas setiap kali anak diare.

Dosis Zinc :

Usia <6 10="" 1="" :="" bulan="" hari="" mg="" p="" perhari="" selama="" tablet="">

Usia >6 bulan : 1 tablet (20 mg) perhari selama 10 hari
