Allinformation.com- A record of success accompany Marc Marquez won the Malaysian MotoGP. Through victory, the Repsol Honda rider equaled the record which had carved a legendary rider, Mick Doohan.
Marquez pack time of 40 minutes 45.523 seconds to be the leading rider touches the finish line at the Sepang Circuit, Malaysia. Starting the race with less than perfect, it was a successful Spanish rider beat duo Yamaha, Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo who finished behind him.
It was the first win since the last Marquez won the MotoGP United Kingdom or the 12th in 2014. With the score, the record-equaling Mark Marquez Doohan as the rider with the highest number of wins in a season.
With the rest of the race, Marquez likely even surpass Doohan was to create his own record if it is able to perform as a winner in Valencia on November 9th.
"Quite a long time since Silverstone," said Marquez. "I was joking I do not want to discuss Doohan record. It's been through the race but his record did not come."
"The race was very heavy for a physical condition. Now, just one race and it would be nice it feels to race in front of his own fans." said Mark Marquez against journalists
